AVANTI
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Avanti — referring collectively to Avanti Processing LLC and its Avanti Legacy Financial division (“Avanti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with avanti.financial (the “Website”) and the inquiry forms available on it.
This policy covers the public Website. If you become a client of Avanti Processing or Avanti Legacy Financial, the specific products and services you use are governed by separate account or engagement terms, and — where required by law — a dedicated financial or insurance privacy notice provided directly to you at the start of that relationship and, where applicable, annually thereafter.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you use the discovery form, request a review, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the area of interest you select (business, private wealth, or both), any message you include, and any other information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and general usage patterns — typically through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 7.
Information collected once you become a client. If you engage Avanti Processing or Avanti Legacy Financial for services, we and our service providers may collect additional information necessary to provide those services — for example, business or account information, application details, and information from consumer reporting agencies or other third parties where permitted by law. That information is treated as nonpublic personal information under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and is addressed further in Section 5.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries and route them to the appropriate Avanti division;
- Provide, maintain, and improve the services you request;
- Communicate with you about your inquiry or engagement;
- Meet legal, regulatory, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations applicable to a payment-processing and insurance/financial-services business; and
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Website.
We do not use information submitted through the Website to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
5. Financial & Insurance Privacy Notices (GLBA)
As a business engaged in payment-processing and insurance-related financial services, Avanti is subject to the privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and, where applicable, comparable state insurance-privacy regulations. Those rules require us to provide customers with a clear notice describing the categories of nonpublic personal information we collect, the categories we may share, and the right to opt out of certain sharing with nonaffiliated third parties.
That formal notice is provided directly to customers when a financial or insurance relationship is established, and thereafter as required by law. It is separate from — and more detailed than — this general Website policy, because it reflects the specific products and information involved in an active client relationship.
6. Your Privacy Choices & Rights
GLBA opt-out. Where applicable, customers have the right to opt out of having their nonpublic personal information shared with nonaffiliated third parties, subject to the exceptions permitted under GLBA (such as sharing necessary to process a transaction or comply with law).
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we have collected about you, request deletion or correction of it, and opt out of certain sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Some information — particularly information already governed by GLBA — may be exempt from these state-law rights, but we will honor valid requests to the extent required.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.
8. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information consistent with applicable law, including the safeguarding obligations that apply to financial institutions under GLBA. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Website is intended for adults evaluating business or personal financial services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to third-party sites, including partner or provider websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies directly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and, where required by law, communicated to customers directly.
